The Beef Noodles Entry

Almost the end of another week..Wishing my blogfam an amazeball weekend ahead!

Here to introduce two very different yet delectable beef noodles eateries :D
First up, Lao Zhang Beef Noodles!

Nearest train station > Dongmen train station (Exit 3), 105 Ai Guo East Road. 

Its a pretty short walk from the train station so no worries!

Highly unlikely you'll miss the eye-catching shopfront with the bright lighting hees!

Took a quick snapshot & went straight in to have a bowl of noodles :P
Totally forgot to check out what they are awarded for!

A choice of 3 different soup base > Non-Spicy, Tomato & Spicy.

If you don't take beef, there are other alternatives (:

Thumbs up for the springy hand pulled noodles and hearty soup base!

The half tendon half meat was perfectly cooked that it literally melted in my mouth. Yumss.

I spotted another beef noodles shop (40years history & counting!) around the corner & it was very crowded as well.

So I should be visiting that outlet soon! Will let you know if its worth a try ;)

Next is Tomato Beef Noodles (:

Another treasure I found & it is just across where I am staying. Yayay!
Located at Yi Tong Street (Approx. 3 alleys after Mister Wanton) > Next to Si Ping Street

It took me quite a while to find this shop. Asked a few shops owners and passerby and all of them were clueless!
They are locals around the area by the way. Geez!

This place is different from Lao Zhang's in terms of noodles, ingredients and beef.
Here they only have 刀削面 and the signboard obviously reflects the must-have!
My first time having this combination and frankly, it is very tasty.
Tinge of tomato taste but not overpowering the beef broth *Slurps*

WTF, check out the tendon within the meat! Its like a maze :O

Seriously, it is a cattle heaven here !! :')
