Second attempt to have Saveur on Thursday was unsuccessful again!
Waiting time was 40mins. We had to catch Dark Knight later in the evening so it will be too rush :'(
3rd time lucky the next time, perhaps? o.O
Anyway, I was more keen to try the Thai eateries along Purvis Street :P
Its not even a week since I am back from the heaven of tom yum goong and mango glutinous rice,
I am already having craving for more Thai dishes, especially those with basil leaves :D
We decide to try 23 First Thai (right next to an alley).
This place has a very family atmosphere and the decor similarly resemble the eateries in Thailand (:
Love the vintage floor tiles! Pretty popular with foreigners as well.

Seafood Fried Rice x Basil Leaves w Pork.
I don't really like the taste of basil leaves but when it is fried together with meat or seafood,
the whole dish becomes so fragrant!
