L'Angelus x Sneak Previews

Monday was our Monthsary and the boyf wanted to dine at Equinox but...(Theres always a But as you know hahaha).

Very typical of us to NOT stick with our original plan as new locations will always be suggested &
somehow distract us from what we initially decided on. Tsk!

Eventually settled on L'Angelus. Heard of it? Its a French Restaurant located at 85 Club Street.

We randomly picked this (According to cuisine preference :P) & the food was surprisingly good! ^^

A basket of French Loaf was complimentary & refillable too! 

The butter (Its not the typical ones from supermarket, mind you!) that came along is damm awesome!

1x Champagne for him & 1x Sassignac for me :D

We ordered a Festival Set Menu which comes with a selection of starters, main course and dessert
& an ala-carte main course to share :D

For starters, we chose the Mini Claypot Baked Snails. Super creamy and flavorful.

Ello there!

I chose the Salmon/Cream Sauce w Pita Rice & Bread Crumbed Tomato. 

Do you sometimes feel that the original flavor of the food being compromised after cooking? :|

But not for this piece of Salmon! You can still taste its sweetness and freshness yet its thoroughly cooked!
It goes very well with the rice and cream sauce too.

Bavette D'Aloyau with fried potato strips ^^

Very rare you find places with tender steaks and unfortunately, this was kinda disappointing. 

Some parts were tender but its gets real chewy at times too :\

The restaurant has a nice and cosy ambiance and the servers are attentive and friendly.

Creme Brulee from the set menu. Reminds me of the one I had in Paris. #Memories

Multi Chain Long Necklace in Silver/Black (Coming right up!)

I had some time to spare at the airport so I tried to clear as many mails as I can.
Its stressing to see the Inbox number keep increasing ><
 Me getting comfy with a a cup of Vanilla Ceylon Tea Latte from Coffee Bean at the side.
Still prefer Starbucks Green Tea Latte anytime :P

Like the Leopard necklace - White I was wearing? This piece is so versatile.

 It comes in Orange and Black and they will be released for sale soon too!
