Thailand Weekend Trip

Past weekend was spent in Thailand working on a new project I am dabbling with.
It was great meeting the people involved in this process and I hope everything will go smoothly as planned.
More details will be revealed soon so stay tuned :D

Some pictures taken on the trip!!

The mega-successful novel Fifty Shades of Grey which everyone is reading right now.
FYI, this trilogy should appear on the big screen in the near future as Emma Watson is currently being considered for the coveted role of Anastasia Steele.
And so I heard Christian Grey, Ian Somerhalder, Ryan Gosling, and Alexander Skarsgard are all reportedly gunning for a part in this film adaptation!
Stocked up on basic necessities at Duty Free and if you didn't know, you save on 7% GST
and only in airport, there are travel sets available. Super cost-saving! :D

Both Laneige Water Sleeping Pack (Travel Set of 2 for $51.50) and Shiseido UV Protector (THB1,270) are new products while
I bought another bottle of Biotherm Correcting Make-up Base (THB 1,400) as the current one is running out.

I have started using the new products and I totally love it!
The sleeping pack leave the skin feeling hydrated and supple while the protector, not only shields the skin with its SPF50+ from the sun rays it also makes my skin less oily (more matte)! <3
Definitely worth trying ;)
Local authentic seafood for dins!
We are so busy during the day and only at night we can take a break and have a proper meal :(
Super nice ambiance by the sea and the lamps made the place so romantic ^^
Headed to Asiatique for retail therapy.
I understand that this new night market is to replace Silom Night Market. Very clean and spacious.
A collage of what I had on the second day.
Check out the picture on the top left. I just want to emphasize how disgusting the shape of Omelet is!
My first comment was, "It looks like a piece of yellow shit!" hahaha
Moving on, I managed to have my all time favorite Pork Knuckle Rice. Deeelicious!
And more Tom Yum Goong! :D
Traffic is horrendous in the city! Every day every hour!
A short distance will take you an hour to reach your destination. Imagine how much time is wasted on traveling :<
Lunch was at this random shop along the street.
Some of these shops are like little treasures stumbled along the way which serves cheap and tasty food.
Really like how going to neighboring countries allow me to experience the kind of life I didn't get to in Singapore :/
Simplicity at its best.
Before we knew it, it was dinner time! More food :P

Papaya Salad
Pork Belly
Super oily and sinful but damm awesome.
Guess whats in there?
Tadah! Sticky glutinous rice. Heh!
Steamed Fish w Lime Soup
Nom nom
Banana x Cashew Nuts Crepe ^^
I had a great vacation. But nothing beats coming back home.
Anyway, I want to give thanks to my family and friends who made it happen! xo
