Back again at previously visited night markets to try the other popular stalls which I didn't get a chance to :D
And there seem to be new stalls springing up each time so the exploration never ends lol
Stinky tofu @ Tonghua Night Market
Two identical stalls side by side claiming there are the original one :|
Randomly selected one but still prefer the one at 寧夏夜市!

Pass by this shopfront @ Ningxia Night Market selling oyster omelet &
it immediately caught my attention (yupp the long queue hehe)

Gave it a try and it was a good decision! :P
Tasted much better than the other shop we tried (Read here for that entry).
Gravy is less sweet & I love the fact that they do not cover the whole plate with
fish sauce so you're still able to enjoy the crispy crust (:
Braised pork rice from one of the random stalls.
Finally, the popular Fried Taro Balls stall is opened!
It was closed the last time & I had to give it a try despite the long wait >.<
Brief history in Mandarin. Too small for reading SORRY :X
现做现卖
Two choices > Taro or Salted Egg Yolk w Pork Floss ^^
And my vote goes to salted egg yolk!
Reason being after yam is deep fried, it loses the original taste &
hence it doesn't appeal to a yam lover like myself <(
Received a parcel later in the evening & my first thought was, "Christmas has arrived early!" :DDD
Signing off. TGIF & happy holidays x
