Mid-Autumn Festival Weekend

Happy Midweek!!
Today is Independence Day in Taiwan so it means..Public Holiday!! No work :P

寧夏夜市 is the second night market I visited after arriving here
which is also one of the nearer ones to our office :D
One of the more popular stalls selling oyster omelet and glutinous rice ^^
On a side note, I noticed Taiwanese are similar to Singaporeans in one aspect of social behavior
> They do not mind queuing for their love of food :P
Sauce is too much & too sweet for my liking :(
臭豆腐
Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Perfecto!
Wheel pancake!! Bought the yam & red bean flavor respectively.
Tad sweet but the generous filling made it worth every penny!
Chilled beancurd with assorted toppings (:
Look at the massive crowd!
And its just a typical weekday & I heard the later it gets, the more crowded it is :|
Japanese for lunch on one of the weekdays last week.
Unfortunately, SG has better quality. I miss Sushi Tei <(
Random snapshot of a roadside stall selling 滷味。
Typical sight around any corner along Taiwan streets.
My dinner which costs a whooping NTD110 only :OOO
Great alternative to 胡鬚張 & it's walking distance from where I stay right now! Yipee :D
Earlier in the day, I hit the gym before attending a barbecue gathering on Saturday evening.
Almost impossible to stay trim w what I've been indulging myself with! :X
Mid-Autumn Festival is a big event in Taiwan & interestingly, almost every household will organize a bbq!
Simply put, Mid-Autumn Festival = Barbecue Session
Very lively atmosphere w plenty of food and drinks to merry the night away ;)
Impromptu fireworks :3
Signing off with a cheerio picture of yours truly (:
Much love from me to you xx
