Tonkichi Tonkatsu

Revisited Tonkichi on a recent weekend (:
The last time I tried Mandarin Gallery's outlet, it didn't leave much impression > Meat was dry and too oily D:
But this time, I actually quite enjoyed my meal!
I had the Rosu Pork Katsu and Oyster set (:
Personally prefer the black pig meat more.
The pork loin in both sets was fried to golden, and I especially love the crispy crumble bits!
Of the right thickness nor oily. Meat was very tender and flavorful too!
So happy I managed to snag the last pair of NB620 available island-wide in my size ^^
*Fast forward* Night out with the younger one :')

A scenic view taken at Sentosa to sum up the weekend (:
Love takes you where you've never been before.
