We made reservations for lunch at Crystal Jade Palace last weekend.

Pastry literally melted in your mouth kind & the carrot cake was fried to perfection yet not oily!

Princess of all Custard Buns!!

 I was a little embarrassed when the waitress served up this dish.

She said, "这是小姐的最爱! 她一来就问有没有这个。" >.<

Total bill came up to $30 per person, which was very reasonable for the amount of food we had. 

Some of the other items not featured are the Beancurd Rolls and Century Egg/Meat Congee :D
